Minister Abdi Hassan Mohamed Hijar Visits Qabribayax to Assess Dam Rehabilitation Needs and Strengthen Water Infrastructure

The Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Northeastern Government, Mr. Abdi Hassan Mohamed Hijar, today visited the Qabribayax area to assess the condition of the Qabribayax Dam and review its maintenance and rehabilitation needs.
